“Easy 5 star for operation, installation, instructions, output, etc. Just a little upset because I didn't realize the venting had to be stainless steel. My fault but.... That extra would have more than twice paid for the higher efficiency pvc venting system.”

I installed the original one myself, and when it quit working due to a burner failure after i had it six years, my wife and i decided it was cheaper just to buy new rather than try to get it repaired. none of the people we called wanted to repair- they tried to talk us into a $2k state of the art WH.
