“I love this water heater, honestly it works perfectly. Now of course I’m only a year in and we will see what it looks like in 10 years but what I will say is I will come to this website first to look for a replacement. It’s hard nowadays to find someone willing to take the time to go through the details and that has the knowledge to actually give you the right answer. I got exactly what I needed the first time, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me but he knew his stuff and even the not normal installation I had he was able to understand and give me the answers I needed.
