Double Sided Polyester (Clear) - Red PP Liner*
7.6 mil exclusive of liner. 0.5 mil clear polyester film coated with a very aggressive, high tack, high shear solvent based acrylic adhesive. This product comes with a dimensionally stable Red PP release liner making it suitable for precision die-cut applications. It has excellent temperature, UV, aging, and water vapor resistance. Also has good plasticizer resistance.
Adhesion to SST: (1 min. dwell): 88 oz/in.
Temperature resistance: up to 320°F long term, 356°F short term.
Elongation: 50%.
Tensile strength: 9.3 lbs/in.
Used for bonding, joining, laminating when high tack and high shear arecritical.
