“My first order from Tape Monster . . . Haven't received it yet. Ordered almost two weeks ago and have seen nothing in email about shipping. It can't take more than three days to send by USPS which I assume will be used to send to me a single roll of tape. I will attribute this to poor customer service I guess. Not sure I will use this source again.”

We shipped your package on July 3rd. The day after you ordered it. I am sorry you have not received it. The USPS has not been up to par since the Covid has happened.
I wish you contacted us. We would have sent a new roll ASAP. I will put another roll in the mail today. We do not like to let our customers down. BTW, you are right, your package should have arrived within 5 days of ordering.
