“The tap was not in stock as stated on Web site. Due to this not delivered within the time scale stated upon ordering. When i queroes the delay inwas informed the tap was not in stock. I tried to cancel order but did not receive a reply. The item was delivered despite this. I have asked to return for a full refund. No response received. I am currently pursuing this through my credit card company. I would not recommend Tap n Shower due to misleading website, slow delivery and poor communication.”
