“This is a first-rate tap with one design flaw. I have bought several taps over the years, some British made. Most were high quality and costly and a few were cheap. They all failed after a few years. The only taps of real quality that have lasted well, are sink taps by Franke and Basin taps by Grohe, now Hansgrohe.
The disadvantage of this basin mixer is that the flexible tails that come with it are only 10mm and therefore the basin takes longer to fill than with a UK tap with 1/2 inch/15mm tails. From every other perspective, the tap looks good, is easy to install (after obtaining the reducers from 15mm to 10mm that do not come with the tap) and it is a pleasure to use. I recommend it.”
