“Absolutely terrible customer service from this company, bearing in mind that the service a company provides adds value to the product they sell ! 2nd review .previously told delivery courier is nothing to do with product ......oh I think you find it does cos it reflects on the company. !!! Still not got my item .wasn't in 1st time so DPD waited 6 days before they could redeliver went to altenative pick up site for 2nd delivery attempt, item is not there?? despite t confirmation emails . Have Sent 2 emails for help , no reply yet .rang this morning no reply , I am caller no 1 but no reply .just American voiced email .be careful with this company as customer service very very poor .can't review item as been waiting 19 days and still not got it yet .!!!!
