“Communication was very poor. After ordering the item there was no email or any other notification re our order for a few days. We were considering contacting our bank to cancel the purchase on the credit card. Then suddenly there was an email informing us that the order was dispatched. Arrived on time as advised. Communication with a courier was very good. But upon the opening it we found the plastic seal parts on both taps were broken (see photo). We have sent another email with pictures of broken parts and have been waiting for any acknowledgment, remedy or apology since. We will never buy from you again.”
