“First delivery never arrived, basin smashed in transit. Second delivery, basin in one piece however had a 40mm split in the porcelain on the underside. Manufacturer advised to replace. Third basin arrived in one piece, no apparent flaws hense installation can resume.
Basin purchased from Tap 'n' Shower who dealt with the issues described promptly and in a very professional manner. None of these issues are attributed to Tap 'n' Shower.”
