“The bath was initially out of stock when it was ordered which Tap n Shower never informed us of (their website said it was in stock). It was supposed to be delivered within a few days but we had to call Tap n Shower nearly 3 weeks later to find out where it was when we were then informed it was out of stock. The bath eventually got delivered over 3 weeks later than it should have been.
Upon receipt of the bath it was found to have no legs with it to install it. After speaking with Tap n Shower we were informed that they needed to be ordered separately - even though it mentions nothing about this on their website when ordering the bath. It also comes with no safety hand grips which are required. A Tap n Shower representative said that they would forward links from their website to order the missing items - but they never bothered sending anything. The required items had to be ordered from another supplier”
