“I use a wheelchair and liked the look of this chair. However, the seat is not fit for purpose. The arms seem designed to act as levers pulling the seat out of the hooks that support it. Putting any weight on the arms caused the top part of the seat to be levered off the wall, as a result, I can't safely use the arms to transfer to and from the seat and am no longer using the shower.
I did ask Impey if they would guarantee that it is safe to use the arms to transfer to and from the seat but got no response.”
