“purchased this item from Tap n Shower which arrived very quickly. Sadly the item was not suitable for where I needed it. I requested a return and was confused by the lengthy form. I queried this only to be told that the form is out of date. I returned the item using parcel force and the item was received the next day. Despite me calling and chasing many times to ask about my refund I just kept being told that they did not have the returned item. I sent an email with the signature and time and was told that after looking at the CCTV no one signed for the parcel and it was still nowhere to be seen. Eventually after chasing yet again I was told that this could take up to 30 days to look into. Suddenly then out of the blue came my refund - Please be aware that both original postage and return postage will not be refunded for any returned item. Not very helpful or understanding staff, would probably not use again.”
