Thanks Debra - we hear this a lot from our customers who visit us here at our storefront in Tea Gardens. Cheryl and Jeff (who own and operate Australian Organic Beverages) had always brewed their own kombucha too, so they started the business with a wealth of knowledge and experience in avoiding the sometimes sour taste that can result. Firstly - apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We have been busy since we returned from our holiday break getting orders out and working on the launch of another health beverage!
We hope you will love this new flavour - which ironically - is un-flavoured!
Our new Balance Health Soda is not a kombucha, but it is full of probiotics, and prebiotics, as well as mineral salts for maximum hydration.
