About Tea Life:

Hello! My name's Toby and while I've always been a tea lover, I never really thought about the benefits and healing powers of herbal tea before a certain time in my life where I was going through some stress and anxiety.
This is a short story about my tea life.

I came across Valerian root tea and noticed one of the benefits listed was 'helping stress and anxiety' so I thought why not? It actually did help, and became my first go to solution for when I was feeling stressed.

Since then I have had to go back to that single shop to order it, as it's difficult to find. Sometimes it was sold out, sometimes I was too busy to make the trip, but overall I was just thinking 'why isn't this awesome drink more readily available'?

So I decided to do something about that. I researched the benefits of other herbal tea, as I was curious to see what else was out there and was astonished to learn just how useful and powerful they are. Over time, I realised they really are natures medicine.

This website has been designed to educate, and provide easy access across Australia to a huge range of Organic Herbal tea, free of pesticides and other impurities.

Apart from herbal tea, I have also stocked the best chai, exotic, and other health related blends I could find within Australia. If it's fresh, interesting and tastes great - I'll get it in.

Hi Mary, thanks for your review! Actually the notes on the back are a work in progress so aren't on every tea - but we've put them on our most popular teas to start with, of which buddhas tears is one of them. People do seem to love that it's resealable - which seems to be a logical thing I decided when choosing which packaging to use!

Hi Nelio - thanks for your great review! There's actually many grades of this tea with ours being a fairly high range one that we've managed to get for a reasonable price. We'll continue to supply this one forever for sure.

Hi Peter, thank you we do our best there. We might be increasing $2 shipping to $3 shipping soon in order to be able to place a priority sticker stamp on that option which will help to speed up those stamp deliveries, and cause less problems for both us and the customer!

They really are the best that I has tasted in over 35 years of sipping Buddhas Tears from numerous other suppliers. “I love Buddha’s tears tea, but rarely bought it as I have found it quite expensive in the stores. However, tea life’s tea is good quality and reasonably priced, will be buying again =]”

Hi Jenny, I only found out recently what pricing most others set this as and I was a bit shocked! We use a normal pricing structure for all teas without giving higher margins to anything in particular so we're able to keep this one relatively reasonable. We've had terrific feedback on our buddhas tears as our supplier is quite good! We'll be stocking this for a long time.
