Hello! My name's Toby and while I've always been a tea lover, I never really thought about the benefits and healing powers of herbal tea before a certain time in my life where I was going through some stress and anxiety.
This is a short story about my tea life.

I came across Valerian root tea and noticed one of the benefits listed was 'helping stress and anxiety' so I thought why not? It actually did help, and became my first go to solution for when I was feeling stressed.

Since then I have had to go back to that single shop to order it, as it's difficult to find. Sometimes it was sold out, sometimes I was too busy to make the trip, but overall I was just thinking 'why isn't this awesome drink more readily available'?

So I decided to do something about that. I researched the benefits of other herbal tea, as I was curious to see what else was out there and was astonished to learn just how useful and powerful they are. Over time, I realised they really are natures medicine.

This website has been designed to educate, and provide easy access across Australia to a huge range of Organic Herbal tea, free of pesticides and other impurities.

Apart from herbal tea, I have also stocked the best chai, exotic, and other health related blends I could find within Australia. If it's fresh, interesting and tastes great - I'll get it in.

They were impacting my daily life in so many ways, I was miserable and almost ready to consider HRT, although I really wanted to find a more natural solution. I emailed TeaLife asking about Sage. Tony sent a very lovely reply, saying many of his customers found Red Clover Tea to be helpful. I'd never heard of it but gave it a go. I'm so glad I did, it has been a miracle. Within 2-3 weeks my hot flushes faded away almost completely, although I'd researched and read that it could take longer. I was prepared to test it for up to 2 months before giving up. When I did have the occasional flush after this they were much more gentle. I have waited 4 months to write a review because I wanted to make sure I'd really trialed it properly. I did test having less, or every second day, but my flushes started returning. One packet has lasted 4 months also, it's well worth the cost. I love that TeaLife is a small Australian business too. Thanks so much to Tony and everyone at TeaLife for bringing me back from the brink of insanity.”

“My habit is sometimes to soak the seeds in very wam water and then sip the gradually releasing suspension....i was able to refill the same serve sevetal times and still find the milk thistle active!”

“I purchased this tea for it's cleansing properties of the liver. I've never tasted it before but really enjoyed it. I like the fact the tea is loose and how it's sourced. The packaging looks good too.”

“Im very happy with the teas i purchased. I did have to ask around if I needed to crush the Milk Thistle seeds though as there was no info on the packaging, but still very happy and will be a return customer”
