“Unfortunately unlike all the reviews I had read prior to ordering my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a replacement battery back on 29 August which never arrived. On chasing it up I was advised that it had got lost in the post which I appreciate is not the store's fault. A replacement battery was then re-sent and was received on 12 September but it was the wrong battery. After calling twice and leaving messages and e-mailing I have been advised that they do not have the battery I ordered available and refund has been processed. Disappointing.”
“Great product I now can use my phone at its fullest potential not having to worry about charge. Also love the fact you can charge the phone and case simultaneously with the same Apple lightning connector. It is a bit on the bulky and heavy side and it didn't have a headphone adapter but to be honest for the price it's a steal. The pros easily out weigh the cons.”
