I know that the guide asks to talk about the product rather than the customer service but that is impossible if I never received the product.
Doohickey-hut has provided THE WORST customer service I have ever received. I ordered a replacement battery for my phone which was shown as in stock. I ordered it on 28/8/16 with first class delivery as I needed it ASAP.
I waited over a week before emailing Doohickey to find out where my order was. They took 3 days to reply to my email. I also tried to phone during their office hours but it appears no-one ever answers their phone. I left a voicemail - which they never replied to.
Eventually they replied to the email and asked me to confirm my address, with no apology for the delay. I replied immediately stating it was the correct address. I then waited ANOTHER 3 days for them to reply back. During this time I also tried to call, but of course no answer.
I then got another email stating that the item had got lost in post, which wasn't their fault. Well, you choose your couriers Doohickey, so it partly is. But again, no apology but asked if I would like a replacement or refund. I needed the battery so immediately replied for a refund.
I then waited ANOTHER 3 days wondering if they had got my email asking for a replacement, so I emailed again. Finally yesterday (9/9/16). I got an email stating that the product was no longer in stock and a refund had been issued. But no apology for wasting 2 weeks of my time with numerous emails and unanswered calls. No apology for not providing the product.
The biggest joke is after all the trouble over past two weeks only to be told the product is out of stock, right now I can still go onto the website and place an order for the battery, there is no out of stock sign at all. I strongly suspect that Doohickey is advertising products it doesn't even have.
