“This was my first purchase. The earphones matched the brand so that was good. The price was also fantastic. The only downside for me is that when i first started to use these earphones, the left ear was not working at all. For it to work on both ears, i have to move the audio jack around. I have to return these now. I'm very dissatisfied with the functionality of these earphones. I don't think i will ever shop here again tbh.”
“Bought a genuine Samsung battery to replace the old one in my Samsung Tablet on the 15.7.16.
The battery was promptly delivered but unfortunately at the beginning of September 16, I noticed the battery was not charging. I emailed the customer service department about getting a replacement as the battery was relatively new and to my surprise, I was informed that the battery guarantee was only for 30 days.
On the Amazon and Ebay sites, the guarantee are at least a year or more!
This was my first order and will be my last!!!!
