“Build quality looked good to me comparing it to my old original samsung battery. But for me the problem of my phone not charging still happened with this battery in so I've not been able to test how long it lasts when fully charged. Ive had to take my phone to the Samsung experience repair shop where straight away the worker told me its a fake and I've bought a proper one from them now for 6 pounds more. Wish I'd have known official doesn't mean genuine before I bought it!”

“Although delivery was quick.the charger it's self wasn't. My order was suppost to be a fast charger but was nothing fast about it,took an hour to chrge to 40 % at one time and wouldn't charge whilst using my device ,the battery would continue to go down as it would while using it. When I contacted the company they told me to swap my cable with another one I had. My response was I shouldn't need to swap anything around as the product should work. Yet to have any reply to that.”
