“I order 2 samsung galaxy note 4 original chargers.... amd recive 2 not even close to original chargers... so basicly buying from them or hight street indian shop makes no difference. (Prefer the local its cheeper)”

I paid extra to have my 2 items delivered first class so that they arrived for my partners birthday.
Bare in mind I ordered these on Thursday the order did not arrive until the following Wednesday.
Her birthday was the Tuesday so they arrived late and when they did come... the package only had one item in, my wireless S7 edge doc had not arrived and on the invoice it was simply crossed out with no explanation.
I have tried to contact using the number provided on the website which just cuts off.
I have checked my bank to see if I have been refunded for the item I ordered, which I have not.
Still chasing an outcome and explanation of this simply awful service.
Will not be using again or recommending them to friends, colleagues or family.”
“Purchased 2 items was very pleased with one but unfortunately the other was faulty. Told to return item for my choice of refund or replacement for which I requested replacement and that postage costs would also be refunded. Have received a refund for the faulty item but not for the postage. Slow with communications so disappointed and would not consider shopping with this company again.”
