“Order was meant to arrive in 3-5 days and didn't. Wrote to their customer service address, said they'd reply in 2 days and didn't. Wrote again and got ignored again. Order on site says fufilled and they refuse to respond to any request for a refund, absolute scam.”

“The telephone number is non existent. I ordered on 4th Jan and paid for 1 - 3 day delivery. The item has not arrived yet and I have had to go through PayPal to take this over as the only response to my first e mail was to ask my address. I have spent £67.45 with them and have nothing to show for it so far. I think this company should address customer issues and provide a phone number or offer a callback to sort things out quickly. For now however, it remains with PayPal.”
“Is this review page for my-tek or Doohickey? Iv ordered a product from my-tek but when I click "write review" it brings me to this page, which appears to be for doohickey. Seems very suspicious!!! “Ordered Ibeats headphones on the 18th December, Had a dispatch notice the same day. Nothing has arrived, i sent two email requesting courier information and tracking. The only email I've had back is 'sorry the item isn't tracked, please let us know if you have received the item'. The number on the website doesn't work, just goes through an automated system and then it says sorry we are unable to connect you. I've since sent 3 emails. Nothing. shocking service, a joke of a firm, who doesn't track their goods?? sounds like a con to me. I'll be seeking a refund via PayPal.”
