“Ordered Ibeats headphones on the 18th December, Had a dispatch notice the same day. Nothing has arrived, i sent two email requesting courier information and tracking. The only email I've had back is 'sorry the item isn't tracked, please let us know if you have received the item'. The number on the website doesn't work, just goes through an automated system and then it says sorry we are unable to connect you. I've since sent 3 emails. Nothing. shocking service, a joke of a firm, who doesn't track their goods?? sounds like a con to me. I'll be seeking a refund via PayPal.”

I placed an order for a docking charger and it has been almost 2 weeks and i have not received my item. They ask for you to 'confirm your address' even then, they still have done anything about it. Be warned!”
