“My order was placed on the 6th of October - This is my 5th email of complaint. I have confirmed my details twice and have yet to received an explanation as to where my order is. Quite frankly the service has been absolutely shocking and the customer service is non excitant.
I expect correspondence as quickly as possible and NOT ANOTHER email asking me to confirm my details, failing this I will be reviewing your site online and contacting paypal to be refunded.

“Poor quality, after using the cover for month its severely tarnished it looks I’ve owned it for years. Not impressed as it wasn’t cheap either, I would expect better premium quality.”
