“i searched for an HDMI lead for a Samsung Galaxy S7, the search provided a HDMI lead stating that this was usable by all SAMSUNG GALAXY's only to receive this, and it clearly state on the box that it is only suitable for an S3,4, OR 5, (Which was stated no where on the item description) i emailed them regarding this once i opened the envelope and saw the packaging and they advised that if i returned my item with recorded delivery and send them a photo of the receipt showing that this has been sent recorded delivery that they would refund my item and my returns cost! well, i did this and then they have spent all week ignoring my emails, and not even doing me the common courtesy of replying to any of my messages!!!(not even an automated message to advise they are looking into the matter!!! the service i have received is beyond poor!! i am still waiting for my refund or any acknowledgement to my emails. due to the above (first time experience) i would not advise anyone to purchase items from this company, as 1: you cant guarantee that the description given is correct, and 2: they will probably ignore you once a refund it due. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE.”

“I ordered a phone battery weeks ago and although I'm ment to wait until the item arrives the postal service that is used is rubbish. After over 2 weeks of not recieve in it I contacted them via email and they kindly posted out this item again. Weeks later it has still not arrived. After confirming the correct address in which it is being sent to they have informed me that my item has been delivered which it has not. On trying to phone the company there has been no answer. I feel pretty let down and my partner was going to order from this site too as we saw such great reviews. What ever courier they use needs to be looked at. :(.”
