“They only sent the USB cable and not the car charger that I ordered. When I eventually received my charger after complaining I found that the USB was faulty and will not charge my phone. I am still waiting to hear back.
This was not a smooth transaction at all and the product is poor quality and faulty”
“I received the order very quickly but it wasn't working. I had to pay to return the item and get the replacement. 10 days later I'm still waiting because they claim they haven't received the item back. What can I say, after sending me a faulty item, I don't believe you are that organised and efficient as other people say and as it was your fault, you should've paid for the return postage fee”
“I ordered through Amazon on the Monday night and paid extra for delivery within 3 days. It arrived today, 13 days after I ordered!
To be fair they refunded the additional postage amount very quickly and offered to send out a new item but couldn't offer next day delivery....”
