“I've bought Samsung earphones of here twice and they just don't work properly, the first pair stopped working after a week and the second pair start making my phone do things by itself”

“Firstly it was quite late coming even after paying the 99p extra.
Secondly the car charger arrived without the charging port. They took a while to respond back to my email.
But then sent the port out in a couple of days.so far it's working fine”

“They haven't a clue what they are doing. I placed an order on 14th June which didn't arrive, they said it had been lost in the post and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement but the next day I got an email saying they were refunding. I presumed the batteries were out of stock so ordered from another company who sent them the same day. As a week later I still hadn't had the money credited to my credit card I contacted them again but instead of doing the refund they have now sent out the batteries which I no longer need but I can't be bothered trying to return them as I probably wouldn't get the refund anyway.”
“Paid £8.99 for next day delivery on Saturday expecting the item to be delivered on Monday. Emailed to advise it hasn't been delivered. No response and stil no item & today is Tuesday. Not impressed”
