“I ordered a BL-5J battery on 4th June and was informed that it was despatched on 5th. Still hadn't arrived before we went on holiday on 9th. On return found that a BV-5J had been sent which was useless for my phone. I advised Doohickey-Hut and was told a second battery was sent on 20th June. I received this consignment today, 3rd July, to find yet another BV-5J had been sent. So a month after I placed order I still don't have the correct battery and have two incorrect batteries to show for my patience which is now exhausted. I HAVE REQUESTED A TOTAL REFUND AND WILL GO ELSEWHERE.”
“Paid for next day delivery and item arrived 2 days later. Item then did not fit my device. When I requested a refund there were several meaningless emails from your company delaying the process and I am still waiting for my money”
“The medium size seals in the package do not fit.Low rated as the product did not come supplied with the essential ear seals to fit different size ear canals. These small details are make or break for the use of these headphones, without them they are redundant. To other customers make sure you ears are suitable for medium size before buying this item or ones similar.
The return policy is not adequate for lost cost items as the price of tracked postage can be a loss of 20% of purchase price. I would rather keep them and pass them on to friends or family.”
