“Item never turned up, it's taken over a week to sort out a replacement which I am still waiting for. Very poor levels of communication, waiting days between emails. Asked for a contact number and was told all phone lines are down. I have no confidence in this company”
“Unfortunately I am not able to review my order. I had an email on the 12th June saying it had been dispatched. I am still waiting delivery. Contacting the company to speak to someone in person is not an option as no contact number is given. I have contacted them 3 times by email but I have not been given any advice on what has happened to my order”
“Ordered a battery for motorola xt1032 from doohickey hut. There is nothing to say that it would be a B grade battery on their website. Also connecting plug is missing making battery totally useless and not fit for purpose. I am left feeling ripped off and very angry. Have tried contacting them through their contact us page which says they will get back within 24hrs which they have failed to do. Total Scam company DO NOT USE !!! Go to Ebay instead.”

“I asked your advice before purchase about suitability for my IPad and was assured they would be fine. However, I can only assume you meant IPod. I have returned the earpods and waiting for my refund. I have sent the Post Office Tracking Number and photograph of the Post Office Receipt. Once I have the money perhaps I will be able to make a comment about the 30-day no quibble return promise you have made.

“I didn't understand the image, thinking that what I was ordering the one I was replacing - which has a lead which plugs into the socket, and not the transformer straight into the socket. (I had checked several times that it was for a MacBook Pro. It was fine the first time I used it, from then on I was in difficulties (not fitting, and being held by the magnet), especially as the old lead also had the same problem. I was worried in case one of the 'spikes' in the computer had become damaged with the new lead. Fortunately everything now seems well as the laptop charging O.K. I won't throw the other lead away though!”
