“They have never shipped my order #54369. While purchase it was stating that international shipping is available but after 23 days when i asked my orders' situation they said "we don't ship international". So why did they charge my credit card including international shipment charge and why they have not fully refunded my money to my credit card? It has been 30 days and still not refunded ( £11,50) yet!!!”
