“Not an original charger, comes without original packaging, no warranty, no charging cable. Customer service was okay but still waiting for refund. I had to send 2-3 emails to get the return postage. Customer Service made an excuse in the beginning but then agreed to pay for the return postage. I wasn't really satisfied with the purchase and the arguments with the Customer service. I hope refund is issued soon !!”

“Since the item had never arrived (order no #55675), after one week from dispatch was suggested by Customer Services they would resend or to wait for another few days.
Decided to wait as I had ordered 2pcs anyway and would hate to lose time for a trip to a post office to send back one if both arrived.
Though after another week I asked for a refund which was done in full.
My advise is to get that sorted with Royal Mail or just offer tracked only as this situation is bad for business and customer experience.
The advantage is Customer Services reaching out the client though with some email latency.
