“Slow customer service and shipping. No notice about festive off on homepage until customer already placed an order. Sent many emails for cancelation but still shipped then required customer to return. The delivery took too long. I have to leave before receiving the actual product so no comment about the quality and therefor cannot return at all. Such a rip off.”
“Very slow delivery and the quality of the product is really bad. I asked for a refund for the item, however, the only refund I received was the 99p extra I paid for first class delivery. They replied very quickly when I emailed them saying the item is faulty but now I'm asking for the full refund they wouldn't reply at all.”
