“Came in no packaging only had a plug and no long lead, the parts that where there didn't even work, taking an age to get a refund, avoid these guys at all costs.”
“Charger works but at first they sent me one that did not work. My phone did not show an error warning just did not recognise the charger, this does however make me question the authenticity of the product.
Good value for money if it is a legit apple product but I am unsure of this
I have a working charger and did not have to pay 20 pounds for it so I am happy”
“When they arrived I compared them with my earphones that came with my galaxy phone and they looked different, and upon trying them I noticed the sound quality was considerably worse than my Samsung earphones which I consider to be good quality. I sent them back on Saturday 8th October and still have not received a refund. I sent a message to customer service saying that they were advertised wrongly and I do not believe them to be official, and they told me that they are which is an obvious lie as they were made poorly, do not fit in the ear as well and sound terrible.”
