“The headphones are faulty I am unable to lower the volume everytime I try and do this it just goes back to full volume. I've used alternative headphones and there has been no issue.”
“I was a little bit disappointed because of the delivery time, I know that wasn't Doohickey Hut fault because they have sent the parcel fast (I ordered in 24.09 and they have sent the parcel in 25.09) it was to long. But the people who respond to emails have save the situation, they was very professional and helpful.
