“Expected a brand new keyboard for the price. It was not listed in the description as a used keyboard. It has scratches and some dings on it, not impressed.”
“I was sent a Danish keyboard rather than British English. When I got in touch to ask if this could be exchanged for an English keyboard I received a robotic response telling me how to send it back and to mark in the package if for refund or exchange. Again, I emailed back asking if they have British English keyboards and still have not received a response.
I have since had to acquire the correct keyboard elsewhere and will send back for a full refund.
Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor customer service and unclear product information. Nowhere on the product page was this keyboard listed as Danish.”
“The main thing to realise with this keyboard is hat it is not s standard uk one (eg there is no £ sign key. However, if you are tech savvy you can use a piece of software called ukulele to correct the incorrect keys. Not ideal but given the price I’ve decided to keep it.”
“Beware, ad says British English, however the keyboard layout is Norwegian which means four or five of the keys are not what they seem. No explanation on the ad and i feel cheated. In fact I've now purchased a new keyboard direct from Apple.”
“Keyboard great and works really well, and was dispatched at a difficult time for the world. Just a note to make you aware that these are scandinavian keyboards, which for me is no problem as I know where the special characters are and I have also marked-up the keyboard for other in my family in indelible ink which I don't mind. If you do you need to pay £30 for aesthetics.”
“Keyboard set for Norwegian keyboard and not UK English. This fact is not made clear at purchase. Do not buy. Check your consumer rights as you will have difficulty getting a full refund from Doohickey-hut and return postage.”
