I ordered a replacement battery for my Motorola phone on 4th October and was informed that it had been sent the next day on 5th October. It never arrived so I contacted them and was told another battery would be sent which never arrived.
This to and fro continued for 2 weeks and then I opened a Paypal claim which was settled a week later.
No battery was ever received.
They mailed me blaming Covid and The Royal Mail !!!
3 weeks to get my £11 back.
AVOID THIS USELESS COMPANY.”

“It looks exactly like the original and was fitted without any problems. However, it is necessary to have a Torx 5 screwdriver remove the 15 retaining screws from the battery cover. Up to now ( 1 week) the battery seems to hold charge all day with fairly heavy use.”
“I am always very wary of fake battery's so did a lot of looking before deciding to go with this one, Wife's Moto G bit old now so no luck with the local shops and phone bars which I tried first. This one came in 3 working days from ordering and looked the same as one I took out. It fitted perfectly right down to the connector. Left it to charge for a full 24 hours, "my preference" and it has performed as I had hoped. Has given phone new lease of life and as phone not used for much other than odd call or text the new battery lasts several days now, old one needed charging every day used or not. No instructions came with the new battery but just looked it up online for little video on how, which was good as wasn't quite sure how the connector clipped in so found a video helpful. Very pleased with it and would recommend this company to anyone who like me mistrusts everything nowadays.”
