“Terrible customer service, cancelled order after 29 min of ordering it, but still sent, amount of time to get an answer from customer service was ridiculous and was only able to answer on question at a time so had to re submit and again wait a day or so to answer the next question.. not impressed.”

“I received the 85w magsafe 2 charger last week, the charger imploded/flashed after a few days of use & will not charge my 15" retina macbook pro anymore. I used other apple plugs on the charger too, the same thing happened. I sent an email to doohickey-hut 3 days ago to question if this was an authentic apple charger. Still no reply. The charger is slightly different from my apple charger that was given to me when I first bought my mac (maybe a design change after a few years) The doohickey-hut plug looks different from the other apple plugs I already have.
