“The packet of the phone case had been open and it was full of greasy finger prints. I paid extra for quick delivery as I bought it as a present. I emailed the company (it said they will reply within 24h) but it took them 3 days to come back and only to ask to send them pictures of the damaged packaging- I could be bother on waiting anothe few days for them to come back. I had to buy a new cover somewhere else.”
“Would like confirmation that this is a genuine Apple product as I don’t believe it is. The case is not as easy to grip and seems slightly more slippery, a little disappointing.”
