“Katerina’s site is very lovely and secluded! This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway in the the woods. The site is walking distance from an excellent stream for fishing and close to town as well.”
“Firstly, Katerina, the camp keeper, is so friendly and kind. We felt super taken care of and knew if we needed anything she would be willing to offer help.
The good:
-the site is secluded.
-there’s plenty of space on the site. Plenty of flat land to set up other tents, if needed.
-the canopy was well stocked and the site had all essentials we needed.
The bad:
-I’m not sure where there is swimming, but it certainly isn’t in the Trout Creek, which is still water, and pretty unsightly.
-you can hear Highway cars from the site.
-the lantern inside the canopy tent was broken.”
“Great stay and lovely location. Host is very hands off which is nice if you’re seeking privacy. The site was missing the water container but we just purchased our own gallons from the local grocery market. Given covid, that’s probably safest anyway. The picnic table and its cabinet had a pretty big ant problem but nothing a strategically placed ant trap or two couldn’t handle if we had brought along. Being 8 months pregnant, the air mattress and portable loo were lifesavers! We had a great time. The trout stream was a bit too deep for waders but if you’re clever, a shore cast is possible.”

“I want to add more information to the previous review. Katerina is a very helpful camp keeper. For some reason I didn't get the notification from Tentrr with her messages before we went on the trip. We only checked the welcome email from Tentrr and there are some info thats not exactly the same as the camp keeper's info. For example the water location and where to drop the garbage.
About the mattress, It's quite new. we are pretty sure it's because of the sharp screws in the wooden bunk bed that scratches it later on. Katerina feels very unfortunate. we understand that this is an accident.
I will suggest the future visitor to directly contact Katerina for more information. It's unfortunate we didn't see her phone number that she messaged us before the trip.”
