“The privacy. It was absolutely quiet. Only 20 minutes from Lake George village. The tent had bunk beds, would have preferred if the top bunk was taken down since it was just 2 of us. It was difficult getting in and out of bed comfortably.”
“Pucker Ridge Farm is a great spot, very secluded and tucked up away from the barn and horses. We loved being able to explore the trails with our dogs and it was close to Lake George. Our only complaint was that we added the upgrade for firewood but unfortunately, the wood provided was wet and unusable. We had to go out and purchase new wood and I was disappointed that the host did not offer to refund us for the wood when she saw my message about it.”
“We loved this campsite. Such beautiful surroundings with little frogs jumping around. There were also wild turkeys. The campsite was clean and we got the glamping package which had everything we needed and more. We did a ton of cooking and brought our own kitchenware just in case but there was a lot of stuff there. Would definitely recommend this campsite.”
“Thank you Lois for the amazing hospitality. A very convenient location of 20 mins from Lake George yet having the advantage of a serene location to have fun with your group. We took the glamping option add-on and Lois made sure everything was set up before we checked in and that we had everything we needed for the night.”
“Best site ever!! The site was large and had a wonderful balance of open space Vs woods. Amazing star gazing. Joshua was amazing and drive us up to the site and was willing to help in anyway and we always got a warm greeting from Wendy. The horse farm was beautiful.
We got the glamping ad on and it came with EVERYTHING.... bedding with LOTS of heavy blankets ( we needed it as it dropped to 50 in the night) to lanterns and flashlights, soap paper towels pots and pans..... the sight also offers a full out door grill.
We will be going back for sure!!
