“My stay at the Emerald Farm was relaxing and rejuvenating. I wanted 2 days to truly unplug and reconnect with myself in a beautiful surrounding and I got just that. Coordinating check in was simple and finding the location was straightforward once I preloaded the map in my gps to account for no service (which the host told me about in advance). Comfortable bed, and plenty of space to myself. Great location. Would recommend if you desire a true getaway/unplugging experience.”

“I had a wonderful pleasant time staying at the tent in Bovina. This was a weekend Yoga retreat with our amazing teacher Carolyn who lives in the house next door who was an incredible host!. The weather was great, the views were incredibly beautiful and the tent very comfortable with lots of nice windows you can open and close as you wish. Very quiet space, surrounded by trees of which one was an apple tree! You can sit outside and feel the wind, the birds, the sky who is exploiding with stars at night! what a treat. Highly recommended!”
“This was our first time using Tentrr, and we had such a good time. First, Carolyn and Lee were truly great hosts: before we even arrived, they shared some helpful recommendations for what to do/eat in the area and then welcoming us when we arrived. They’ve added some nice little touches to the tent, from flower to a stone path making it easier in case it’s raining. Carolyn even brought us extra blankets late in the evening as a huge storm was pouring on us! As for the place, it’s at the end of a dirt road, after their renovated farmhouse, on a slope (tent is on platform so it lays fully flat, the surroundings are just a light slope), with farmland in the foreground, surrounded by hills and forest. Comes nighttime and it becomes even more beautiful: the area has some of the darker skies at night in NY state, leaving countless stars shine through the night. We came with friends as there are 2 Tentrr tents: they aren’t on top of each other, rather at a fair distance so you don’t really hear / notice the other tent if you’re coming alone, yet close enough that you don’t mind having to do back and forth between tents. The rest of the Tentrr experience is as advertised, we’ll definitely do it again! Last but not least, the area around Bovina is really gorgeous with lots to do, from numerous hikes to lakes and river activities, lots of quaint small town (e.g. Andes) to discover and great places to eat, be it local joints or renowned local restaurants like Brushland Eating House.”
