“Of course, the hose to the propane tank was fixed and we were able to grab another heater from another tent. But.... One of the propane takes ran out of propane during the 2nd night. This heater was ran on low only during the night- so we did not miss use the amount of propane. In the same tent- we ran out of toilet paper. We couldn't share from our other tent since it was very limited as well. Then in the other tent we only had 2 toilet bags. After searching- we finally found a box under the bed with more.
This has been the 2nd time we have camped at this site. The first time- it was wonderful. This time- it was somewhat problematic. Ms. Linda was great but the reaction time for any help was sad. I appreciate the 2 huge containers of water! The location was great. But I think we will just have to rent a cabin for $45 more a night.”
“Great site! It’s about a half mile walk in to this site so a wagon and comfortable shoes are necessary. Great view across to Texas and right on a sandy beach area. Grassy area and very private.”
