“Comfort and privacy!
My husband and I stayed at the Happy Tales Campsite on our 22nd anniversary, and it was everything we expected and more. The location is very private, unlike a regular campsite where you are surrounded by lots of people. The tent was very comfortable , especially when it started raining in the evening. We just moved our camp chairs inside and had a great time drinking wine and talking. The setting is very rural, and somewhat rustic, but everything worked out well. Our host Nicole was in touch with us prior to our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed.
I recommend this place to couples, and also perhaps parents with younger kids.”
“This place was amazing. The host was awesome and answered all our questions. We will be coming back for sure. The only recommendation I would have is to add some stairs to the platform where the tent is on. It is a big step down. The lake/creek nearby was perfect and the animals on site were great. It was so quiet and relaxing!”
