“We loved the Tentrr site! Kyler was super accommodating (the host's nephew who lives on the property) and we loved not having to set up one of the tents. We ended up using the pre-built tent (the one in the photos) and the dome tent as we had 8 people and the dome tent was a typical pop up tent that you take to any campsite, so that's one thing to note, but it's huge and very nice. We had a lot of bugs/beetles in the big tent, but that's to be expected camping in general and they prepare you with sprays to get rid of them if needed. We would've liked a bit more clarity around the toilet as we weren't sure how to best utilize it (bag inside, best way to clean it, etc.) as it's like a bucket with a seat attached, but we found a way to move it behind a tarp to make it more "private" since we did have so many people. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay again, just with a bit better preparation next time! BEAUTIFUL stargazing by the way!”
“Beautiful area, good privacy, and definitely a great spot if you want to get away and be out in nature. Make sure you bring your own kindling and wood Incase it rains. The wood was wet due to the rain so we were unable to start a fire and didn’t have enough kindling as well. Just make sure you prepare beforehand. The host communicated very well and answered our questions when we had them. Overall good experience!”
“Cute spot and the owner is very responsive. Make sure to bring lots of dry wood and warm gear when sleeping inside the Tentrr tent, it gets cold when the wood stove dies out in the middle of the night.”
“100 acre woods was nice and remote with perfect views of the stars and quiet for a great night sleep listening to nature. The site was clean and had a great set up for a short weekend away with the family and dogs.”
“We had a super stay on Kate's property! Kate could not have been more responsive or accommodating. This site was so clean and everything was easy to find. The fall colors were stunning and we enjoyed lots of walks on her property. We highly recommend a visit to Hundred Acre Wood!”
