“This site was posted as secluded off grid with peace and quite. That was not anything what I experienced. This site was right behind the owners house in a grass yard. Noise from the roads was so loud all the time even through the night. Host was rude and no heat was turned on ahead of arrival which was a 32 degree night!! Had this place actually been off grid it would have been a decent set up. But you had no privacy being behind a house with huge glass windows and doors. I’d definitely request more details before ever booking with this host or TENTRR”
Hey there, thanks for your feedback here. Without honest reviews like yours, we wouldn't know where to improve. We are very sorry to hear that you had a less-than-ideal stay at one of our campsites. Since your review, we've gotten in touch with the host at this particular site and addressed some of your concerns. He is aware of them and moving forward with future bookings, will be more mindful of the items you mentioned.
