“Dear Tentrr Support Team,
I am writing to request a full refund for my first Tentrr experience which was extremely stressful, disappointing, falsely advertised and unaccetable. The trip I recently booked was for Spring Hill on Cape Cod Organic Cranberry Farm, confirmation no. 0E063C13. The site was not as expected is an understatement, there was no view, tucked into a little hole in the forest, and most importantly, we did not have the required, listed amenities that were supposed to be included on the site, a grill or a sun shower.
On the first day of out trip we had to stress about figuring out how to grill and where to find a place to possibly purchase one, ruining our kayaking experience that we had booked for the first day and putting a damper on the remainder of our stay.
We reached out to the owner inquiring about this and he said he would bring us a small grill but did not get one to us until late that night when it was impossible to grill. Waiting till it was dark for the grill, receiving no texts or updates from the owner, we were forced to go out to eat, waste more money, time and much of our food spoiled and remained unused for the rest of our stay. Also, the tank of gas we received was only have full and ran out before our last day leaving us unable to cook once again.
In addition, there was no sun shower, leaving us unable to bath for the three days of our trip. On top of this, there were huge patches of poison ivy covering the gate we needed to open and close to leave the property, and without a sun shower there was no way to wash off any residue that had gotten on ourselves. My boyfriend, who is extremely allergic to poison ivy, had just gotten over a bad reaction to the plant recently and this inflamed and worsened his already pre-existing skin condition. This was completely unacceptable.
In addition, when I booked this trip and signed up for a new member of Tentrr I never received the 20% off as advertised.
As people who enjoy camping, we booked this stay to try an experience in which we had the perks of camping with the comforts that you would expect from an elevated experience and were met with disappointment.
I would appreciate an immediate e-mail back or phone call at 732-713-8240 to resolve this issue for a full refund on this trip.

“Very cute spot on the Cape! David is super helpful and easy to reach. Everything was clean and ready for our use. The walking paths are pretty heavy with ticks so just keep that in mind when you pack - long socks and boots! Very pretty views.”
“Great site and hospitality but there are still a lot of thorny branches in the area that need to be cleared out. Some of these thorny branches left scratches on our car.”
