“Overall experience was good. This campsite is on an incline. Be sure to bring wasp spray. There were 2 huge wasp nests that had to be eliminated. Location to bath house was perfect.”
“When we arrived, there were either fleas or bed bugs crawling all over the mattress. There were at least 50 bugs, and they were not regular bugs that you might understand to be in a tent - they were definitely related to the mattress. We did not stay there, and we went back to park station to request a cancellation/refund. The park was unable to get in touch with the camp manager, and because it was a weekend they could not process my cancellation. I went home $200 down the drain. Also the tent construction is not very good - there are no railings, with a 6' drop to the ground and the last stair is wobbly. The tent at site B basically looks into the parking lot of the RVs, it is not scenic.”
