“This was a secluded single campsite. Very quiet and in a wooded area. The campfire was a few feet away in an open meadow. Mostly peaceful. You can hear the planes overhead but it stopped during the night. Traffic could be heard in the distance but was not annoying. Pleasant for a quiet getaway for a few days. Host was very attentive.”

“My fiancé and I had a fabulous time. We did a weekend stay and look forward to returning. The camp owner is the sweetest and very accommodating. I highly recommend adding the generator and A/C cooler. Vaneesha made our stay extra comfortable with solar powered battery fans and battery chargers to use for phones and more. The bed is a metal frame camp bed as expected with a thin mattress. If you would like more comfort I highly recommend bringing a mattress topper. Getting more ice for the weekend was within a couple minutes. Walmart is within a few miles. Beautiful country view getting to the campsite. Vaneesha supplies so many things you won't need to pack. Go enjoy this sweet little gem.”
“I had a wonderful stay at Barbara's Serenity. The host Vaneesha was very accommodating with all of the amenities and extra conveniences she included at the camp site. I ended up over-packing because she provided pretty much everything I needed minus my own clothes and toothbrush! It's a nice spot at the edge of the woods that stays in the shade all day. Even on 90+ degree days, the campsite stayed at a cool, comfortable temperature during the day and night. The campsite is only a few miles away from La Plata where there are tons of stores to buy food and any other supplies you may have forgotten. (Walmart, Safeway, etc.)
It's a nice quiet spot to spend a few nights, and not far from Mallows Bay. Highly recommend!”
“This was our first TENTRR trip and we loved it! The site was great and had lots of room for activities. Our boys had lots of space to ride their bikes. The site was done beautifully and was very functional. This site is relatively close to a lot of stores and restaurants and a paved trail, but we spent most of our time on site. The host was very sweet, responsive, and accommodating. I highly recommend this site! With the great price and the fantastic time we had, it will be hard to beat!”

The site location offered the perfect amount of seclusion with shopping being a short ride away. It was very peaceful, the perfect place to read, rest, reflect and recharge. I will be back.
