“1) Cleanliness was abysmal
2) Directions on finding cabins unclear
3) Email with codes to everything had wrong codes
4) Outside light is blaring strong, and no easy access switch to turn it off (breaker box only)
5) Mosquito infested area. Like insane. There's a vernal pond/swamp right there and the mosquitos are out of control
6) Rodents (prob chipmunks) nesting in cabin. Poor mitigation for this (rodent traps)”
“The cabin floor was very dirty. We had two lights out that did not work. We had to call customer service for the code to enter the cabin but everyone was really friendly. Also there was a rat trap by the queen size bed that we were not initially aware of.”
“Wasn't clean,mice sh-- in cupboards,window sills. Nut shells. No wagon to carry to cabin. Had to sweep as soon as we went in. Will be letting DNR know. Expecting some compensation on this.”
“Very awesome park but for what we paid for a cabin it could of been cleaned. Very dirty cabin hair dirt food on the floor and coffee on the counter. It took us an hour to get ahold of someone to get checked in.”
