Absolutely happy about our time spent at that place. Beautiful nature around and nice view from riverside. Highly recommend.

We had a big group stay here and I can't even tell you how amazing it was. John and Laura have thought of everything possible and put such amazing touches on everything. Flashlights and lanters in every tent, comfortable bedding. They have solar light globes surrounding everything and all the paths that make it feel like a wonderland at night. The outdoor shower is amazing. You really need to just pack clothes and food. Everything else you could think of they have, even towels in all the tents. Both John and Laura are so nice and down to earth and really care about your stay. They have chairs and throw pillows out. It's the Ritz of camping sites. You definitely don't want to miss out on this. We are already planning our next stay. This place is just amazing. Awesome fire pit with plenty of wood, tiki torches's surrounding it. It rained one afternoon and they had board games and a covered patio to sit on and we played board games and didn't even care it was raining. They have two canoes for use and an awesome wooded dock to get to them and the kids just couldn't get enough of hoping in the canoes and going for a ride. Just perfect and magical.

We had the best Labor Day weekend here! The campsite is beautiful, situated right along the Hudson River - perfect for days of lazy tubing and paddle boarding. Hiking and great restaurants are very close by, though we chose to cook over the fire most of the time. The campkeeper, Rita, and her husband, Jim, were super helpful - bringing us down to the campsite when our cars couldn't make it (you can park/walk a ways away up a hill, but if you want to park next to the site you'll need a 4x4 or SUV) and setting up special bathroom/shower stations so we'd be more comfortable. They also went above and beyond in terms of providing the campsite with extras, like cookware, games, chairs and lanterns. I'd highly recommend staying at this campsite - I would totally do it again!

Wake up with a view of the Hudson River on you literal doorstop. Kick back and relax on the deck or spend the day splashing about in the water. This tranquil site is tucked away in a wooded area along the riverfront and is the perfect place to soak it all in. Host Rita is on hand to show you the ropes and to help you cart stuff if you need.
