“I reached out to Tentrr the day before my check in for check-in instructions. I received an email back saying I would get an automated email. I never received that email with the lock code . Once I arrived and found my Tentrr, I had to call them to get the code. Thankful I was able to get in touch with them easily and quickly to find out my code. There was a tear in the netting (which wasn’t a big deal since the nice, thick canvas mostly covered it) and also a crate inside had a couple pieces broken off. Other than that, everything met my expectations. Even though communications weren’t clear, I would use Tentrr again thanks to the great customer service.”
“The tent suited us well. I think I would almost rather bring an air mattress next time. The bed provided was rough to sleep on. The only thing I didn’t really care for was the view. It says it lakeside but the land upkeep on our side was poor. You can’t even access the lake from the camp.”
